Dewey has a wealth of real estate experience that any buyer or seller would be wise to take advantage of.  He completed a degree in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He was a member of The Nashville Association of Realtors from 1974 to 1983. Dewey has been a member of The Johnson City Association of Realtors since 1992. He has the following accomplishments; 1994 Johnson City Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club, 1994 President’s Circle Recipient (Top 2% of “Coldwell Banker” – Nationwide), 1996, 2001, 2002 and 2004 Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors Sales Achievement Award, has held GRI and CRS designations and taught Real Estate Pre-licensing Courses. He and his wife have two grown daughters and understand the challenges of moving with children and the needs of people who are moving after their children have moved on. He specializes in helping buyers find land and sellers divide land for development.
