Advertising Agreement

Landlord does hereby authorize WILLOW Realty to advertise rental property on the www.willowrealty web site.

WILLOW Realty agrees to list rental property on www.willowrealty.com at no charge to the Landlord.

Landlord agrees to notify WILLOW Realty within twenty-four (24) hours of securing a qualified tenant and thereby authorizes the removal of subject's advertisement from the www.willowrealty.com site.

Any misrepresentation of information or violation of any of the terms as set forth, will void current and future advertising on www.willowrealty.com by said Landlord.

*(Landlord refers to any legally designated party.  If you are not the Owner of Record, please provide a copy of the document that assigns you the authority to sign for the subject property.)
