Printable Agreement

Whereas, WILLOW Realty does hereby agree to advertise the real property herein described and to provide an e-mail link at no cost to the OWNERS for a period of 60 (sixty) consecutive days from initial website posting, at which time, OWNERS may either extend the advertising agreement or request removal of the advertising copy and graphics. 

WILLOW Realty will provide advertising space for 1 (one) graphic in .JPG format only and descriptive text for the herein described real property and reserves the absolute discretion to approve the content of all advertising materials including ad copy and graphics submitted by Owners.   Text should be limited to 600 characters including spaces between characters.  The graphic file should be no larger than 2mb (mega-bytes) in size.

OWNERS acknowledge that all ad copy and graphics will be screened with anti-viral computer software, and will be reviewed and edited for content that may violate the Fair Housing  Act of 1968 (42 USC 3601, as amended).  Any materials found to contain malware in any form will not be used and the terms of the agreement will be null and void.

OWNERS acknowledge that WILLOW Realty will use reasonable efforts to make the website available for display on the internet.  WILLOW Realty is not responsible for periodic downtime for maintenance, backup, or other circumstances beyond its control and/or are considered normal processes of internet business.  WILLOW Realty does not guarantee the number of impressions, clicks or page views of the property herein described.  WILLOW Realty does not allow the use of links from its website to any other websites except as outlined above. 

OWNERS will provide WILLOW Realty with notification upon changes in advertising copy, including changes in price or corrections to copy as soon as possible.  OWNERS will, in addition, notify WILLOW Realty, within twenty-four (24) hours should they secure buyers for the aforementioned real property in order to maintain current information on the website.

OWNERS will indemnify and hold WILLOW Realty harmless from and against any claims, suits, threats, demands, settlements, actions, causes of action, liabilities, obligations and all other matters, including but not limited to court costs, attorneys fees, settlement fees, obligations and all other direct and indirect expenses or losses that may occur arising from misrepresentation and warranties that OWNERS have made to WILLOW Realty or otherwise arising from the placement of advertising materials on www.willowrealty.com.

By signing this agreement and/or submitting this form through the WILLOW Realty website, OWNERS agree to all the terms herein.
